because one or both of the VIOSs do not have active
[[Server-nnn-nnn-SNnnnnnnn-vios2],
[Server--nnn-nnn-SNnnnnnnn-vios1]]  Resource Monitoring and
Control (RMC) connections

is observed and does not provide needed details for the
administrator to take action.
