The following event is presented when users delete a cloud
group:

CWZIP9001E An unexpected internal error
   [Database:GlobalException] has occurred.

Local fix

  • When this event is generated while deleting a cloud group it can
be ignored.

Problem summary

  • This event is the result of a timing issue between the deletion
of a cloud group and a monitor that is validating the system
configuration data in the system database.

Problem conclusion

  • A code fix is being provided to remove this conditional check as
it was raising a false event.
