• While this issue occurs the following consistency check events
  for databases will be generated in IBM PureApplication System

Local fix

• There is not a consistency error in the database. The exception
  is occurring while issuing SQL commands to check for database
  consistency.
  

Problem summary

• A DB2 SQL command issued to check database consistency was
  intermittently throwing an exception.
  

Problem conclusion

• A fix is being provided adding an event to detect the problem
  while running the database consistency check and provide an
  event message.
