Error description

• The license counts associated to an environment profile
  sometimes become incorrect.
  
  We need to have a method to recalculate the environment profile
  license values to correct them.

Problem summary

• Due to value creep over time of deploying, stopping, deleting
  and storing virtual machines the license values of environment
  profiles to track CPU, memory, and license consumption sometimes
  becomes incorrect.
  

Problem conclusion

• New function has been provided to refresh the licensing values
  associated to an environment profile.
  
  A user with administrative permission can perform the
  following:
  
  PUT https://host/resources/environmentProfiles/id?refresh
  where:
  "host" is the host name or IP address of the server
  "id" is the id number of the profile to refresh
