Error description
While attempting to download a large Must Gather log set (cloudburst_collectXXXXXXXXX.tar) from the "Virtual machines" section of a Virtual Systems instance panel, a failure is encountered during the download indicating the file could not be found. A "java.lang.OutOfMemoryError" error might also be seen in the IWD error.log file.
Local fix
ssh into the VM where the log set is retained and access the files from the "/tmp" directory where these files are located.
Problem summary
A programming error was found in the log download function that was attempting to open and load the complete log file into a buffer before processing it.
Problem conclusion
A fix is being provided to handle partial log content during the log file download process.
