Error description

• User issues the admin.keypair.uploadCertificate command from the
  command line interface and it returns an error:

Local fix

• Use the System Console to upload the certificates.
  

Problem summary

• There was a problem in the HTTP muli-part header processing
  code in the command line interface.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been updated to fix the multi-part header
  processing issue in the command line interface.
