Error description

  • The customer noted that after upgrading to PureApplication
    System version 2.0 opening the System Monitoring console was
    extremely slow. Subsequent requests for the System Monitoring
    console respond much faster.
    
    They were able to reproduce this using different browsers.
    

Local fix

Problem summary

  • Opening the System Monitoring console was extremely slow after
    upgrading to PureApplication System version 2.0. Logging levels
    were incorrectly set and caused excessive logging
    to occur when the System Monitoring console was being
    initialized and opened.
    

Problem conclusion

  • A fix is being provided in PureApplication System version
    2.0.0.1 to lower the amount of default logging.
