Error description

  • DB2 processes on the PureSystem Manager (PSM) create dump files
in the /data/www/ipas/dumps folder during error or panic events.

These files need to be cleaned up to prevent accumulation and
space issues on the PSM.

  • There was no reaper job to remove these files defined in the
PureSystems Manager code.

  • Reaper code has been created to check and remove files created
and written to the /data/www/ipas/dumps directory.
