Error description

  • A user created an OVA file that contained a non-catalog product
IDs (PID). This OVA is them imported to the system using the
command line interface. The non-catalog PID is found in the IBM
product table.

  • 



Problem summary


    

  • The code identifying product IDs (PID) as either IBM catalog or
non-catalog products had a problem processing long PIDs and they
defaulted to IBM catalog products.

  • The code has been updated to resolve the issue.
