Error description

  • During disaster recovery negative path testing the disaster
recovery was disabled on the backup system. The operation
appeared to complete successfully but the system console on the
primary system became unavailable.

The PureSystems Manager log file contains:

[stderr] No key available with this passphrase.
[stderr] Command failed with code 22: No key available with
  this passphrase.

Problem summary


    

  • The disaster recovery disabling action needed to stop the
partnership from the primary system before proceeding to remove
all relationships that had been created in the virtual
management system database.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • Code has been added to stop the partnership between the backup
and primary system before proceeding to remove all relationships
between the systems.
