Error description
After shutting down the PureApplication System, compute nodes do not power on when you restart the system. Startup logs will include messages like: "Do not start compute node: 47f92603-8e36-438c-a422-88098485baba SN#10A277B as it is pinned down by the user"
Local fix
Start the node from the System console after the system restart is complete.
Problem summary
When you power down a PureApplication System, the PureSystems Manager shuts down each compute node and marks the nodes as powered off. When the system is powered up it does not power on compute nodes it thinks were powered off by a user.
Problem conclusion
Added an additional flag to the power down and power up processes to distinguish between nodes powered off by a user and nodes powered off during system shutdown.
Temporary fix
