  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • As part of negative path system testing a blade with a number of
virtual machines (VMs) on it was removed.  All VMs except one
was successfully evacuated, but there is one discovered LPAR
remaining on the blade in the user interface.  The VM is now in
a not_available state and cannot be deleted.

Local fix

  • 



Problem summary


    

  • Code needs to be added to discover the virtual machines and the
MAC address that they are currently assigned to in order to
rebuild the blade virtual machines after the recovery.

  • Code has been updated to discover virtual machine by MAC
