Error description

• The scenarios with the problem are:
  1) Users who do not have permission to delete events are
  presented with the red X in the System Console table.
  2) When these users try to delete an event, no error message is
  displayed but the event remains in the table.
  3) If a user filters Events, and deletes all evemts displayed,
  "undefined" is displayed.
  -
  The option to delete should not appear.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• The event user interface code was missing a permission check to
  disable the delete option.
  

Problem conclusion

• The user interface code has bene updated to check the
  users pernission.
