Error description

  • On the IBM PureApplication System W1700 system if you create a
pattern that contains multiple NIC add-ons defined on the same
IPV6 subnet the result is a single NIC with multiple IPv6
addresses.

Local fix

Problem summary


    

  • The existing code was not checking if an additional adapter
was needed to be created for the multiple NIC case.

  • Code has been added to configure the NICs and assign the IP
addresses correctly.
