Error description
Recreate steps: 1. Using the System Console navigate to System > Settings > System Backup and Restore 2. In the Restore section and click on the "Restore now" button 3. Select the Current backup location radio button and select an image not on the rack to import 4. If there is an error importing a specific image listed the dialogue window does not go away and an error is not displayed to the user.

Code has been added to catch restore errors and display them in a message.
