Error description

  • A user exports a virtual system pattern using the command line
    interface with the --downloadAll option to export the images.
    Then the user uses the command line interface to import the
    virtual system pattern.
    
    This results in an error:
    "Failed to import image from [OVA location]", because CWZIP1957E
    An error occurred during the import into the image repository:
    Image upload to storage node xxxx failed: ...
    

Local fix

Problem summary

  • The issue was caused by resources that were left on the
    workload management system that needed to be removed.
    

Problem conclusion

  • A method was implemented to check and remove any residual
    resources that should be deleted.
