• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Failure occurred because auto-negotiation was the default
  interface port setting, which is not allowed on the RackSwitch
  10 GB switch.
  
  Error in log is:
  global_config.cgen | Mismatched Configuration Entry: Interface
  port settings (interface port 41): There are entries for this
  command in the current configuration file. However, none of them
   have settings which match the expected file settings: [name
  "Port 41", tagging, tag-pvid, pvid 848, no auto, exit]
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Failure occurred because auto-negotiation was the default
  interface port setting which is not allowed on the RackSwitch
  10 GB switch.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been corrected to remove the auto-negotiation
  default value on this switch.
