Error description

  • Users cannot deploy virtual applications using the IBM OS Image
for AIX Systems version 1.0.0.2, which is based on IBM AIX
version 6.1, as their default image in Default Deploy Settings

Local fix

  • Use the IBM OS Image for AIX Systems version 2.0.0.1 as your
default image in Default Deploy Settings. It is based on IBM AIX
version 7.1.

Problem summary

  • A file error detection method call was being used in the new
code that was not available in the IBM OS Image for AIX
version 1.0.0.2.

Problem conclusion

  • The code was updated to perform the file error detection using a
different method on the IBM OS Image for AIX version 1.0.0.2.
