Error description

• New function to provide enhanced reporting in the CPU Accounting
  section of the SMF type 30 record. The two new SMF type 30
  fields will report the highest percent of CPU time used by a
  single task in the address space. Also reported is the program
  name that is associated with the task that consumed the highest
  percentage of CPU time in the address space.
  
  The SMF type 30 record will be enhanced to include the following
  new fields:
    Field name:
      SMF30_Highest_Task_CPU_Percent
    Field description:
      For interval records, the largest percentage of CPU time
      used by any task in the address space, rounded to the
      nearest integer. The percentage value is calculated as:
      TCB time * 100 / interval time.  For step-end and job-end
      records, the value is the largest reported interval value.
      Field name:
        SMF30_Highest_Task_CPU_Program
      Field description:
        Program name running in the task that used the largest
        percentage of CPU time in this address space. This field
        corresponds to SMF30_Highest_Task_CPU_Percent.
