To request a return for a Digital Delivery Program order you placed with ibm.com, please fill out the form below. It will be required that you provide the order confirmation number you received online and via e-mail as part of your order processing. You will also need to specify the part number you wish to return, which was provided to you along with the order confirmation number.

If the order confirmation number is not available, please provide as much related information as you can to help our Customer Service team locate your order.
