Coupons must be redeemed no later than the expiration date specified on the coupon.
For classroom courses, coupons must be presented to the instructor no later than the last day of a class in order to have the value of the coupon reflected in the IBM invoice for the course.
For remotely-delivered public classroom training and instructor-led online training, coupons must be faxed to 1-866-702-4699 in the U.S. or 1-845-559-6826 in Canada, prior to course enrollment, in order to have the value of the coupon reflected in the IBM invoice for the course.
In the United States, you will be charged the full price of a public class if you do not cancel or reschedule your enrollment at least seven calendar days prior to the scheduled start date or if you do not show up for the class. However, you may cancel your class enrollment at any time within the three days following your initial or any rescheduled enrollment date without charge. To cancel an enrollment, call 1-800-IBM-TEACH (1-800-426-8322). Substitutions of enrolled students in scheduled classes are permitted prior to the class start on the first day.
In Canada, you may cancel, at no charge, a class enrollment at any time prior to 14 calendar days before the class start date by giving us notice. You may cancel a class enrollment within the 14 days prior to the class start date by giving us notice, subject to a cancellation charge equal to 50% of the list tuition fee. To cancel an enrollment, please call 1-800-IBM-TEACH (1-800-426-8322). If a student does not attend a class without having cancelled in accordance with these Terms, you must pay the full price for the class. Substitutions of enrolled students in scheduled classes are permitted prior to the class start on the first day. IBM may cancel a class or postpone it to an alternative date, in which case you are entitled to a full refund of any monies paid, if the alternative is not suitable to you. IBM reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offering at any time.
Can this offer be combined?
This offering cannot be combined with the IBM Education Pack or any other discount on the eligible IBM software education.
