For a limited time, you can receive a promotional discount off the IBM Single Unit Purchase Price (SUPP) of eligible processor activation features acquired for qualifying installed IBM Power Systems, System p5, System i5, and System i servers with Capacity Upgrade on Demand (CUoD) processors.
In order to qualify for the promotional discount, IBM records must show qualifying Power, System p5, System i5, or System i servers, including the qualifying CUoD features, as installed in the End User Enterprise before October 27, 2009.
More than one processor activation feature can be acquired at the promotional discount for a single qualifying server.

Promotion timeframe
Orders must be received by IBM on or before December 29, 2009. Shipment from IBM must occur on or after October 27, 2009, but no later than December 31, 2009.
Terms and conditions
Orders for the eligible processor activation features must not include any other features for the qualifying server.
This promotion cannot be combined with any other discount or educational allowance on the eligible products.
This promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of any applicable Agreements.
IBM reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time.
