For purchase transactions, IBM invoices for the eligible products must have a date of on or after October 12, but no later than December 31, 2007.

For lease transactions, signed and accepted Leasing Certificates of Acceptance, or lease contracts with "Deemed Acceptance" for the eligible products must have a lease commencement date of on or after October 12, but no later than December 31, 2007.

Completed and signed rebate request forms must be received by IBM no later than February 29, 2008.

This promotion cannot be combined with other rebates on the eligible configuration.

This promotion is available only in:

• the United States and its territories
• Canada

This promotion is not available in the IBM -- Caribbean North District.
