For a limited time only, if you have a qualifying IBM® System p5™ Model 590 or 595 server installed, you can receive a 60% promotional discount off the IBM Single Unit Purchase Price (SUPP) of the following:

• a selected eligible new processor feature conversion
• a selected eligible new memory feature conversion

when acquired for the qualifying server.

The eligible products can be ordered separately or together to qualify for the promotional discount.

In addition, IBM records must show the qualifying IBM System p5 Model 590 or 595 as installed in your customer location (single building with a single mailing address) before September 7, 2007.

Orders must be received by IBM on or before December 21, 2007.

The Date of Installation, as defined in the IBM Customer Agreement or any equivalent IBM agreement, must occur on or after September 7, 2007, but no later than January 31, 2008.

This offering is available only in the United States and its territories.
