The IBM Power 550 and 560 Express servers are designed to deliver outstanding business value with leadership performance, choice of operating systems, and proven virtualization capabilities. IBM WebSphere deployed on a Power 550 or 560 Express server enables dynamic, interconnected business processes, while delivering highly effective application infrastructures for all business situations.
And now you can take advantage of significant rebates when you acquire a solution that consists of:
- an eligible new IBM Power 550 Express server minimum configuration, or
- an eligible new IBM Power 560 Express server minimum configuration,
— and —
- selected eligible new IBM WebSphere software licenses
The amount of the rebate depends upon the server and software licenses acquired, and there is a limit of one rebate per solution, which includes one machine serial number and the software licenses acquired. Once included in a solution, products cannot be included in another solution. In order to qualify, the acquisition of the server and software licenses must take place within certain specified dates. Start and/or end dates
For purchase transactions, the IBM invoices for the eligible products must have a date of on or after August 25, 2009.
For lease transactions, the signed and accepted Leasing Certificates of Acceptance, or lease contracts with "Deemed Acceptance" for the eligible products must have a commencement date of on or after August 25, 2009.
There must be no more than two months between the IBM invoice date, or lease commencement date, of the first and last product acquired in a solution.
Rebate request forms must be received by IBM no later than two months after the IBM invoice date, or lease commencement date, of the last product acquired in a solution.
