The offer
If you place an order for qualifying IBM software, through the ShopSystemz application that results in a single IBM invoice amount of at least $750 for monthly license charge (MLC) software, or $9,000 for one-time charge (OTC) software, you can receive a leather notebook carrying case at no additional charge (approximate value: $150. The eligible software licenses must be acquired at the same time and appear on a single invoice or bill of sale. There is no limit to the number of times a customer may take advantage of this promotion.

Start and/or end dates
Orders for the qualifying software licenses must be placed on or after June 6, 2006
This offering is available only to IBM customers for orders placed exclusively through
the ShopSystemz application. Customers should allow up to eight weeks from
the submission of a request form for delivery of the leather notebook carrying case.
Qualifying products
All IBM software licenses ordered through the ShopSystemz customer site.
Additional information/conditions
In Canada, customers are responsible for all applicable taxes such as Goods and Services Tax (GST), Quebec Sales Tax (QST) and other sales or value-added taxes which are extra. This offering can be combined with any other IBM discounts or allowances on the qualifying products. IBM reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offering at any time.
