IBM Global Financing guarantees your complete satisfaction with the quality and reliability of the equipment for three (3) months from the date of delivery. If you contact IBM Global Financing at 1-800-334-9693 within three (3) months of delivery of the equipment and indicate that you wish to exercise this guarantee, IBM Global Financing will, at its sole option, either replace the equipment with an equivalent machine or refund the purchase price paid (excluding shipping and handling charges). The refund applies for first seven (7) days only for personal computing equipment. You must return the original product, its manuals, media and other associated documentation to the IBM location designated by IBM.
