There is a limit of one no-charge item per business location (single building with a single mailing address). IBM employees, IBM Business Partners, employees of Public Sector and students at colleges or universities are not eligible to participate.

This promotion is available only in the United States and its territories. This promotion is not available in the IBM - Caribbean North District. To determine if a country/region is part of the IBM - Caribbean North District, refer to the ibm.com country/region page.

Within 5 U.S. business days of IBM's receipt of a “Request a conversation” form, IBM will send an acknowledgement e-mail. This acknowledgement email will pre-qualify the $25 American Express Gift Card according to the following criteria:

whether or not your company has a listing on Dun & Bradstreet or Hoover’s Online;
whether your email address includes your company name;
whether or not, since April 7, 2009, a gift card has previously been claimed for this business location;
an ibm.com representative supplies a price quote within three (3) months of their initial conversation with you in order for you to qualify for the gift card.

Once a quote has been provided, IBM will send you an email requesting you provide additional information needed to process the gift card.
