- any additional obligations they have to you, or
- any classes or education materials that they supply to you under their agreements.
Courses and education materials
IBM will list generally available courses and education materials for enrollment or sale via our Global Training Providers in IBM Catalogs of Education.
IBM may add or withdraw courses and education materials at any time without notice.

Prices and payment
Prices for public classes will be those listed by the Global Training Partners on their website. Refer to the Global Training Provider’s website for the Terms and Conditions of their course prices.
Conference cancellation charges will be specified on the conference website or in the conference brochure for the event.

Self-Paced Virtual Classes and Web-Based Training Classes
Refer to the Global Training Provider’s website for the Terms and Conditions of their Self-Paced Virtual Class or a Web-Based Training Classes.
Once you have started your course you will have 30 days to complete the course.
Before you enroll, please review the system requirements to ensure that your system meets the minimum requirements for this course. In order to access and successfully consume Digital Learning from IBM your workstation must meet the following requirements:
Depending on your training provider, you may be billed directly upon submission of the enrollment form. Please consult your training provider's terms and conditions for further details.
After you receive confirmation that you are enrolled, you will be sent instructions which define how to start your course. This confirmation email will contain your online link, your ID and password, and additional instructions for starting the course.
You can start the course at any time within 12 months of enrolling for the course. After you start the course, you have 30 days to complete your course. Within this 30 days, the self paced format gives you the opportunity to complete the course at your convenience, at any location, and at your own pace. The course is available 24 hours a day.
This course is fulfilled by IBM. IBM provides connectivity and infrastructure support. All subject matter support is provided by our global training providers. If you require assistance with understanding of the content, please consult your global training provider to determine what services and support they provide.
Note: If you have enrolled in a self-paced virtual class and your course requires a remote lab system, the lab system access is allocated on a first come, first served basis. When you are not using the remote lab system, ensure that you suspend your remote lab in order to maximize your hours available to use the remote lab system.

IBM MAKES NO WARRANTY AS TO RESULTS TO BE ATTAINED BY ATTENDING A CLASS PROVIDED BY OUR TRAINING PROVIDER OR USE OF THEIR EDUCATION MATERIALS.
Changes to this agreement
IBM may modify these terms and conditions on written notice. The modified terms and conditions will apply to your enrollment or order unless you cancel such enrollment or order prior to the effective date.
