The business process analyst is the main target role for IBM Cúram Social Program Management (SPM) business learning paths. The business process analyst is responsible for performing the fit-gap analysis that enables IBM Cúram SPM to be implemented as effectively as possible. To that end, the business process analyst is expected to be able to identify the main components of the IBM Cúram SPM Platform and describe and demonstrate their respective functionalities in the context of their expected usage within SPM organizations. The business process analyst must also be able to describe and demonstrate the functionality of selected IBM Cúram Enterprise Modules and IBM Cúram Solutions. The business process analyst is also expected to facilitate IBM Cúram-related business analysis activities and map legacy data requirements to the IBM Cúram database.
Other roles that can avail of IBM Cúram SPM business learning paths include business users (subject matter experts), project managers, and other functional resources involved in IBM Cúram SPM implementation projects.
There are two main IBM Cúram SPM business learning paths. There is a specialised path that leads to an IBM Smarter Cities certification followed by optional in-depth, instructor-led training courses on specific areas of IBM Cúram SPM and optional access via the IBM Learner Portal to a library of IBM Cúram SPM web-based training courses. A second generalist path provides a high-level introduction to IBM Cúram SPM followed by optional access to IBM Cúram SPM web-based training courses.
