Entitled Software Support has been enhanced to improve its usability. All functions are now directly available in the left hand menu
You may use the following options to administer your customer numbers:
- Register IBM customer number: register once and get access to any of the machines registered under this customer number.
- Register for Business Partner access: If you are an IBM BP you may request to have your current user ID to be profiled with BP user access.
- Manage customer numbers: You can manage authorizations or edit nicknames for your machines. As an administrator you can add or manage other users for your customer number.
- View my authorizations: Verify the details of your authorizations for a registered customer number or remove the customer number from your profile.
Click on Help in the left navigation bar for additional details or Contacts in the right hand menu if you need to contact Customer Support.
