IBM Sizing Questionnaire for Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM)

Overview

The process below is to request an Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) sizing from IBM and Oracle. Please read all the instructions carefully as this process is different from other sizing requests performed by IBM. You will need to involve the Oracle sizing team in order to obtain the questionnaire and a subsequent sizing. The BRM application usually involves large systems and a complex architecture so the sizing process can take up to two or three weeks to complete.

The Oracle Communications Global Business Unit (CGBU) has developed tools to size BRM opportunities.

To obtain a sizing, please contact the local Oracle account representative. The Oracle account team will involve the regional CGBU contact and assist with completion of the BRM questionnaire.

Once the questionnaire is completed, the CGBU team will develop a sizing and return it to the requester and IBM so that a complete solution can be developed for the customer.

When requesting a BRM sizing, please ask Oracle to include the IBM account team and/or business partner on the sizing results, so the IBM team can prepare an appropriate IBM solution for the customer.
