Entitled members may submit technical questions using remote email support, and may access the IBM Service Request tool to view status or update the problem report.

Remote technical support is available to PartnerWorld members through the purchase of the IBM Value Package, the IBM Systems and middleware support option for software development, or through other criteria defined in specific offerings.
