About AMT
Based on IBM WebSphere, DB2 and MQ technologies, Account Management Tools (AMT) are a powerful, integrated suite of advanced online functions for accessing and managing all aspects of your account. Together, they'll streamline your tasks and enhance your control by:
- Keeping you on top of key dates.
- Eliminating the need to fax statements and overnight documents.
- Simplifying dispute processing.
- Enabling you to delegate responsibilities without losing control.
- Supporting your accounts with hard data whenever, wherever you need it.
Some of the things you can do with AMT include:
- Retrieving and monitoring account data.
- Tracking scheduled payment dates and amounts.
- Viewing credit availability.
- Request a transaction approval.
- Receiving both summary and detail invoices.
- Receiving electronic notification of invoice availability.
- Viewing unallocated client funds.
- Making payments online.
- Tracking and resolving billing issues.
- Viewing commercial financing accounts in other countries/currencies.
- Granting/denying access at various levels to specific managers in your organization.

Setting up your AMT account
You can set up your AMT account right now by following a simple, two-step process:
Step 1: Registration
Go to the following link at, create ID, click on "Register" and follow the instructions. Note: IBM ID and password is case sensitive.
The following information is required when registering for an ID and password: Preferred language, email, first name, last name, daytime phone, office address.
When you have completed the form, please write down your IBM ID and password and store in a safe place. Close your browser, return to this page and proceed to step 2. Do not bookmark the registration, sign in page, please bookmark this page.
Step 2: Entitlement Request
Now log into the Account Management Tool and enter your IBM ID and password. The next screen will say "Currently you are not entitled to use the Account Management Tool Application. Would you like to request entitlement?"
Click on "request entitlement". This will send a notification to the IGF Registration Helpdesk who will create your AMT profile and update it with your current account information. Once your account has been updated, you will receive notification by e-mail.
