Technology Business Research (TBR) published its most recent customer satisfaction study for x86-based servers and IBM was ranked number one, again, against key competitors such as HP and Dell. According to the report, “Higher customer satisfaction scores across the product experience helped IBM secure a number one ranking for the third consecutive quarter.
