  • Return on investment

eRESPOND can benefit a utility in a myriad of ways, some of these are easily measurable, for example – faster restoration times, and some are more difficult to measure empirically e.g. customer satisfaction. Based on a limited number of the measurable criteria, i.e. measuring only some of the benefits, the payback period for investment in eRESPOND™ is short (12 to 24 months) and the benefits are obtained year after year. Some of these benefits are outlined below

    • Improve the utilization of field resources
    • Provide Control Centre Staff with Tools to be more effective
    • Improved Performance / Regulatory Metrics
    • Reduced Planned Maintenance Costs
