We were using Sage Line 50 which was not able to handle our increasing volume of business as it was grinding to a halt and didn't have the scope to develop our business. We can now process orders quickly and efficiently in Samir Pipalia's CRM system which has been tailored to our needs. We still use Sage Line 50 for all the pure financial/accounting stuff as the CRM system connects easily with Sage. The system is very versatile and Samir pays a lot of attention to detail, nothing is hard coded. For example when the VAT rate was changed from 17.5 to 15% all we had to do was change the rate in a configuration document and the system did the rest.
