Infrared360™ is built on Service Oriented Architecture using state of the art Open Standards design. Installation of Infrared360™ requires just a simple .war file deployment.

Infrared360™ allows administrators to monitor and manage target WMQ Queue Managers & JMS servers using agentless technology. There is NO deployment of software to any MQ, WMQ, MQSeries®, WebSphere® Broker (WMBI, WBI), or JMS server environments.

The Infrared360™ monitor, used with the SOA services, provides self healing by leveraging external (or internal) services, which can be invoked via a scheduled event or alert event.

Infrared360™ runs on any platform that supports J2EE compliant application servers such as IBM Websphere® and Apache Tomcat.

The Infrared360™ portal allows for easy access to managed servers from any browser. Users inherit visibility and functionality according to the group(s)they belong to & the role(s) they play within the group(s). Infrared360 has a very intuitive User Interface, which leverages the 'bookmark' model for user personalization. The user enjoys one look & feel for all platforms (Windows™, Unix®, IBM zOS®, HP-NSK, etc.). A built-in message testing facility (MQI or JMS) allows rapid generation of messages or can leverage associated data resources, all without need for programming. Test cases then become reusable assets for your organization & can be used for application, unit, verification & capacity testing to any target server.
