S4G Fresh Foods Kiosk is a self-order kiosk system that can handle all of the fresh foods areas in the grocery store, not just the deli. The system has all the required functionality to make self-ordering successful in any high volume supermarket. Features such as optimized cross-selling, retaining and recalling the customer's order history (by scanning a club card or entering a registered pin#) contribute to order sizes that are as much as 73% larger than the industry average deli order.

The application is completely web based; all of the screens the customer sees are actually served up over a web browser. The web architecture provides a lot of flexibility in terms of deployment and ongoing development.

Since this is customer-facing, store-floor, technology, the application has undergone a complete security vulnerability assessment, conducted by IBM ®. All potential security holes identified by IBM have been closed and the application is completely secure and hacker-proof.
