Parallels Automation (PA) centralizes/automates the activities required to select, launch and maintain new cloud services, including customer mgmt, resource mgmt, billing, collections, customer service and operational monitoring. The platform is scalable up to millions of accounts, customizable and brand-able at every level, and easily integrated into a CSP’s existing IT infrastructure. In fact, thousands of CSPs are already using the PA platform to reach more than 50 million SMB customers with shared hosting, virtual private hosting, dedicated hosting, domain registration and many more custom applications. The PA platform includes two major components. The first is the Parallels Operations Automation (POA), which is an operations support system (OSS) that provides fully automated provisioning and de-provisioning of cloud services, complete operations management and delegated cross-platform management of virtual infrastructure. The second component is Parallels Business Automation (PBA), a business support system (BSS) that enables multi-tier resource usage accounting and billing. CSPs can use the PBA to handle ordering, upselling, marketing, service management, billing, fraud management and payment collection. It offers a multi-tiered, multi-tenant approach with multi-level self-service panels. These extremely user-friendly control panels are one of the most attractive elements of the PA platform.
