IBM Virtualization Engine console
The Virtualization Engine console is a web-based console that makes enterprise systems management easier by providing a consolidated view of your virtualized resources across heterogeneous platforms. Virtualization Engine console discovers your environment and works with your existing management resources to harness their power into a consistent user experience. Administrators can discover and explore relationships between IT resources in their virtualization environment, and manage these resources through a common set of tasks. For deeper analysis and troubleshooting, the console works with your existing technology to launch applications that take users to the tools they need.

IBM Enterprise Workload Manager (EWLM)
Enterprise Workload Manager (EWLM) is a robust performance management tool that enables you to manage the performance of application-level transactions, operating system processes, and partitions. EWLM allows you to define performance goals for work that runs in your environment then provides an end-to-end view of actual performance relative to those goals. In addition, EWLM has a wide range of autonomic management functions (load balancing and partition resource management, to name a few) that it uses to ensure defined performance goals are met.
