Call for participation - 2nd IEEE conference on Autonomic computing
Sponsored by IEEE, the 2nd International Conference on Autonomic
Computing (ICAC-05) will bring together researchers from different
fields of research who are addressing aspects of self-management in
computing systems. To deal with the increasing complexity of large-
scale computer and software systems, they must manage themselves, in
accordance with high-level guidance from humans — a vision that has
been referred to as autonomic computing. Event is being held in
Seattle, WA, USA from June 13-16, 2005.

Enrollment now open for iSeries Academic Initiative Roundtable
Join us in Rochester, MN for our annual Roundtable and/or Summer
School which is offered free to faculty. Roundtable is an opportunity
to collaborate with and learn from other faculty members, and our
theme this year is Building and Marketing Integrated Industry
Relevant e-Business programs. With the decline in IT and computer
science enrollment across the board in colleges and universities, we
are seeing many unique offerings in post-secondary education. Our
Roundtable will provide the opportunity to learn and network. Summer
School is our annual one week event which offers faculty members in
depth, hands-on iSeries education from the IBM experts in Rochester.
