IBM Business Partner SOA Specialty criteria

The IBM Business Partner SOA Specialty is for Business Partners who make a significant investment in IBM SOA products and technologies. Business Partners who meet the business and technical criteria for the specialty are eligible for additional marketing and sales benefits, including the Ready for IBM SOA Specialty mark.

ISVs
Business requirements
Participate in the SOA Business Partner Community.
Achieve the Advanced level in PartnerWorld.
Submit two SOA client references or case studies through the IBM Business Partner Client Reference Program or publish your case study benefit.
Attain IBM software revenue equivalent to a minimum of US$100K in the last twelve months.

Technical requirement
Submit your solution and have it added to the SOA Business Catalog.

Apply for the SOA specialty
Once you meet the criteria, apply for the SOA specialty for ISVs.

Consultants, integrators, and resellers
Business requirements
Participate in the SOA Business Partner Community.
Achieve the Advanced level in PartnerWorld.
Submit two SOA client references or case studies through the IBM Business Partner Client Reference Program or publish your case study benefit.
Attain a minimum of US$100K of IBM software revenue in the last twelve months.
Have a company size of less than 10,000 employees.

Sales certification requirement
Complete the IBM Certified for On Demand Business - Solution Advisor V2 certification.

Technical certification requirement
Your SOA practice must maintain at least five current IBM technical certifications from the list of approved certifications.

Apply for the SOA specialty
Once you meet the criteria, apply for the SOA specialty for consultants, integrators, and resellers.
