1. All Advanced or Premier members of PartnerWorld are eligible for this benefit.

2. The IBM Sales Connections benefit is offered worldwide for all customer opportunities which are defined as IBM Signature Selling Method (SSM) stage four opportunities or higher (customer has a funded project and is evaluating options).
   
   
3. IBM will have no liability for any results arising from this engagement, or for any acts, omissions, statements, or other representations.
   
   
4. Submissions that do not comply with these rules will be subject to disqualification. All issues and questions regarding the construction, validity, and enforceability of these rules or the conduct of the benefit shall be determined by IBM at its sole discretion. Submitters hereby release and hold IBM harmless from any and all claims, demands, losses, and liabilities, if any, arising out of this benefit.
   
   
5. There will be no cash alternatives.
   
   
6. The Authorized Profile Administrator (APA) provided in the registration form will be notified by IBM if the opportunity qualifies for the IBM Sales Connections benefit.
   
   
7. IBM does not accept any responsibility for late or lost submissions due to the Internet.
   
   
8. Submitters will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them.
   
   
9. IBM reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time.
