FAMES is a comprehensive group of product configuration functions that can be tailored to specific user requirements for handling highly complex products. Product search, selection, configuration, layout, pricing, bill of material generation, drawing generation/interface, order management capabilities, and interfaces with host systems can be provided.
Clients operate under any 32-bit Windows platform in standalone or attached modes. Client systems are distributed to customers, salesmen, and support personnel requiring electronic access to product services and information. System and product information updates can be distributed electronically.
