About testing and HelpCenter support
There are two types of support available for devices on the ServerProven®
Compatibility website. Devices that are Supported by IBM, and devices
that are supported by the non-IBM Manufacturer. The information on this
site should be used as a guide only, since hardware and software levels and
releases may vary, and numerous hardware and software combinations are possible.
Supported by IBM
Technical support varies by product. Refer to the product documentation
for terms and conditions of technical support and for information on obtaining
support assistance.
Supported by non-IBM Manufacturer
Products that are supported by non-IBM manufacturers are those that
IBM testing labs have shown to work properly when installed exactly as listed.
IBM does not provide remote telephone support for these products. For these products,
support issues should be directed to the manufacturer of the product in question.
