| Business Partner Lead Referral Fee
You are now eligible to earn a 3% fee when your clients contract with IBM Global Financing for Asset Recovery Solutions services. Business Partners may participate by submitting qualified leads (minimum 25 systems per client account) to IBM Global Financing.
If your client has less than 250 systems to return, refer them to our Express Asset Recovery Solutions website or have them call our toll free phone number: 1-888-SHOP-IBM, Option 1, extension 7615 in the US or extension 27615 in Canada.
If your client has 250+ IT assets that they are looking to dispose of and have unique requirements such as customized logistics support, multiple return dates (dependent on new system refresh rollouts), etc., please visit our web site for larger returns or send an email to dispose@us.ibm.com identifying the number of systems they have and the unique requirements relative to those systems.
Fees will only be earned when a Business Partner client contracts for IBM Asset Recovery Solutions services. Services include: Fixed Price Takeout services, Disk Overwrite services and Scrap Options. Eligible equipment includes IBM and non-IBM: Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Flat Panel Monitors and Intel Based Servers.
Fee payment to the Business Partners for fixed rate takeout will be provided after the equipment is received back into the IBM designated facility and inspected to ensure that the equipment is not damaged and in good working order. Data Overwrite services and Scrap options will be eligible for a fee only after such services have been preformed. In either case, all fees will be paid within thirty days after the end of the quarter in which the systems were returned or the services performed.
This offering is available to all IBM Business Partners and IBM Global Financing Associates.
