How can a small business acquire affordable training for employees? |
 |
|
Answer:
The good news is that with the Internet, training organizations are making more and better training programs available online. This allows small businesses to provide employees the varied and high-quality training they need, without the direct expense of travel and the indirect expense of employees being out of their assignments to receive training.
Check with your industry trade group to see what training they offer. Also, vendors often will make technical, product and sales training available for their products and services.
For other training not found in the above examples, search the Internet for specific training designed for the special requirements and budgets of a small business.
Good luck.
