Most IBM Rational software products require specific license keys in order to use them. The instructions below will guide you to the IBM Rational License Key Center, and the on-line service for generating and managing your license keys.

IBM Rational has introduced a new license key management service that replaces the AccountLink web tool and the various forms for requesting ClearCase license keys. Before logging into the new IBM Rational License Key Center, please take note of the FAQ, Quick Start Guide and the Customer Transition Guide posted below.

HOW TO GET YOUR RATIONAL LICENSE KEYS
Log into the IBM Rational License Key Center to get your license keys for your Rational software purchase or for your product evaluation.
End of Month orders
For customers who have placed a recent order for an IBM Rational product that requires a license key, your software download and license keys will be made available to you within minutes of IBM processing your order. If you need to access your software before your order gets processed, you can download a temporary license key from the IBM Rational Temporary License Key site.
HOW TO GET RATIONAL DOWNLOADS AND MEDIA
Log into the Rational Downloads Center to get downloads for your Rational software purchase or for your product evaluation.
