As a training provider, you can grant yourself and your employees access to perform specific tasks by assigning the appropriate "access role" to them in PartnerWorld. Proper set-up of the PartnerWorld profile is critical to performing basic training provider operations.
How do I know which access roles to assign?

How do I assign or update PartnerWorld Profile for the AITP program?
Follow these step-by-step instructions to access your company’s profile information on PartnerWorld.
- Visit Partnerworld
- Click on member sign in
- Enter your IBM ID and Password
- Select your country
- Select Update your profile
- Select Update your employee profile if you are performing the operation for yourself or Update your company profile if you are an Authorized Profile Administrator (APA) updating the profile of a company employee.
- Choose an employee profile
- Select Access roles
- Scroll down to the AITP Roles and ensure the Business Contact and Scheduler Administrator are selected as appropriate.
